  • Build paved-road templates, CLIs and service catalogs that abstract away infrastructure complexity.
  • Partner with client engineering teams to understand friction and turn it into platform capabilities.
  • Own reliability, security and developer experience of the platforms you ship.
  • Mentor engineers and set technical direction across engagements.

Take agentic systems and LLM applications from prototype to production scale — owning the architecture, evaluation and reliability of AI that real enterprises depend on.

What you'll do

  • Architect RAG, agentic and fine-tuning pipelines with rigorous evaluation harnesses.
  • Drive LLMOps — observability, guardrails, cost and latency — for production workloads.
  • Set the technical bar for how we build AI across the company.
  • Work directly with clients to translate ambiguous goals into shippable systems.

Build and run the CI/CD, IaC and observability backbone that keeps client delivery fast and safe — automating everything that shouldn't be done by hand twice.

What you'll do

  • Own pipelines, Terraform modules and Kubernetes platforms across client environments.
  • Automate provisioning, deployment and rollback with safety built in.
  • Instrument systems for metrics, logs and traces, and tune for cost.
  • Be a force-multiplier for delivery teams through tooling and self-service.

Keep mission-critical platforms healthy, fast and resilient. Define SLOs, run toward incidents, and engineer the reliability that lets clients sleep at night.

What you'll do

  • Own SLOs, error budgets and on-call practices across managed platforms.
  • Lead incident response and blameless postmortems that actually change the system.
  • Automate away toil and harden systems against failure modes.
  • Partner with engineering to make reliability a design property, not an afterthought.

Shape the technical vision for enterprise clients — translating business goals into cloud-native architectures that are secure, scalable and cost-aware from day one.

What you'll do

  • Lead architecture and discovery for new enterprise engagements.
  • Design reference architectures across AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • Be a trusted advisor to client CTOs and engineering leaders.
  • Bridge sales, delivery and engineering to set engagements up for success.

Turn cloud spend into a managed, predictable line item for our clients — bringing visibility, accountability and optimization to multi-cloud estates.

What you'll do

  • Build tagging, budgeting and anomaly-detection practices across client accounts.
  • Identify and drive savings through right-sizing and commitment planning.
  • Produce clear cost reporting that finance and engineering both trust.
  • Partner with infra teams to make cost a first-class design constraint.

Design the interfaces that make complex platforms feel obvious — internal tools, dashboards and developer experiences that engineers actually love to use.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product design for internal platforms and client tooling.
  • Turn ambiguous, technical problems into clear, usable flows.
  • Build and maintain design systems that scale across teams.
  • Partner closely with engineers from concept through to shipped detail.
